I have been having the same issue with my neighbor. I have called the sheriffs office and complained. They told me its not their problem and they could do nothing to help me. I am thinking of just suing my neighbor for polluting my land and creek with his filth along with the cost to clean it up because he has no intentions to clean it up himself. The cow carcuss is on his property but laying just feet from a creek at my fence line which runs through my property. The sheriffs office cant do anything but i can and will. I am also going to push hard to have his meat processing business closed due to his pipe running to a creek beside his business where blood is drained daily and has been for many years. Its fixing to get real ugly I tried being nice about it but i mean business now and i am coming for you in the courts with hopes of getting him stopped from his polluting ways

It sure is illegal in Vermont , you can't even allow them to stand in the brook say nothing about being dead in the brook. Why have you let your dogs go there and even bring pieces back. This can give your dogs pancreacitis and can be deadly. A neighbors dog died with it from getting into pig guts from butchering. Keep them away from it and notify the health dept.

No and call the EPA. Environmental protection agency in Columbia. Do not let your dogs drink the water.
Eat them or anything.
E.Coli will kill your dogs.
Here is a umber in Columbia for you to call. Maybe they can point you in the right direction.
phone# 803-898-3798.
Also i would call your local sheriff they can also report this. try to get the times and dates that this is happening. Put it in writing and keep notes.
I hope i helped some.

Having lived in Clemson for 4 years, let me tell you that is illegal in SC. Call the Department of Natural Resources or the cops and report it. You could be fined, incorrectly, if the authorities find evidence of illega dumping of carcasses.

Not only is this illegal, but it is also putting everyone, animal and human, at risk for disease and sickness.
Call the Animal Control, call the Sheriff's Office, or anyone who will listen.
You and your dogs are at risk, as well as anyone else in the vicinity. Do something now, before something really bad happens!

Call the non-emergency line for the police. Tell them what is going on and they will refer you to the proper authorities. Your neighbor is endangering the health of many beings - human and otherwise.

it's absolutely illegal, coz dead animals brings bacteria that can be harmful to us. if your dog is keep on going and eating those rotten meat, better to lock them inside your home and report about that dumping incident to the animal police.

This isn't good at all. You need to tell your neighbor to stop. This could hurt or kill your dogs and could lift gasses in the air that are bad to breath
