if you know a lot of people with kids you can hold a kids camp and have different activities to do with them. That way you can offer the parents to have the children off their hands for about 5 or 6 hours. You can provide lunch and find games online to do with them. charge about 30 dollars or so (im not good with setting amounts) per child. ive done this before and it helped alot. im also on a dance team and am always having to raise money, although we do a lot as a team.

When is your recital?
If it's you and your dance team together, think about holding a bake sale at school/church. Or, if the weather permits, holding a car wash at someone's home. Or (with your parents permissions) hold a joint garage sale and get rid of all the junk your families don't want while making money. Any/all of those could net you $100 on a Saturday.

How come your recital group hasn't gotten together to raise money as a team? Maybe you might ask someone in charge about that. $100 is waaaayyyyyy too much money to ask a 13-year-old for. Who's idea was this? Do the other kids have the $100? Is there an adult you can talk to about this? I wonder what this hundred dollars is for...do you know? That's much too much to expect a 13-year-old to have and it's inconsiderate and discourteous as well a nervy to ask for. You shouldn't have to feel worried or bad...you need to tell somebody about this, 'K?
