How do I find telecommute job in oracle development/dba?

I have over 5 years experience as an oracle developer/dba and I would like to find a telecommute job.

Find an employer where you work on-site to start but will then let you move to working off-site and only come in once a month.

OR, move more into being a System Administrator -they purely don't need to be in the office.

PS: I was contimplating putting a resume on Dice with just that requirement -'telecommute only' and then lower the hourly price to half the normal price and in fact put the hourly bill rate right on the cover letter and see what happens. There must be smaller companies that need the lower cost who will bite on the telecommute part. My feeling is that you'll still have to meet face-to-face on occation.
