i have hazel eyes n light skin too... i use black eye liner on the inside of my eyelids, gold on the outer lining of my eyelids, black mascara, and purple eye shadow. it looks realy pretty!

dark brown mascara n eyeliner, and try some greens that dont attrack attention if u want 2 bring out the green part of the hazel. maybe a bronze or almost coffee color if u want 2 bring out the browner part.

Brown, and blue for eyeshadow. Try brown for eyeliner, black would be too strong for hazel eyes. Black mascara. I HATE brown mascaras!

i would just use browns and different shades of purple, for eyeshadow. for eyeliner, i recommend black for eyeliner, but not to much. :)
