I haven't heard anything, the last thing i heard was that Hil n Joel broke up, and that was a couple weeks ago. And plus, she's working on her upcoming album that is supposed to be coming out in April.. some say its February, so who knows. but to answer your question, no, Hilary Duff is not dating another guy.

She's not dating anyone specifically, if that's what you mean. Hilary Duff said recently to Teen People and People that she's having fun going out with tons of different people and not just one. Hils also said that she and Joel remain friends and she'll always love and respect him as a person. No, she doesn't mean that she can't unattach herself from him, but she's still cool with him. Now that's what I want to hear from my home skillet biscuit girl! She's moved on but they're friends, she's happy, everything's cool.

Nope on the radio with Ryan Seacrest she said that she has gone on only one date since the breakup. But her and Joel still keep in touch.
