I see it with many users that to participate and noticed a lot them get treated differently than the high level users. why is that?

Believe me it's not just new users. Some people attain a degree of popularity for what ever reason and think they can be disrespectful to others as a result. Mutual respect, is it so hard for some to show ?

Edit: But I've been here since July 10th, so I know who's who but I don't know what has been happening to them lately.
Edit one more time: It's not by insulting that you'll get in, if you're not a child then prove it and not by provoking with consequences, now that's dumber than dumb.

I UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU MEAN. ALTHOUGH THE ANSWER WILL BE HARD TO SAY, "IF" ANY ANSWER "CAN" BE GIVEN.
ONE THING YOU HAVE TO REMEMBER THAT THIS FORUM HAS BEEN AROUND FOR LONG AND PEOPLE HERE HAVE SOMEWHAT STRONG RELATIONS. OTHER PEOPLE COMING HERE AND TRY TO FIT IN MAY SAY SOMETHING OFFENSIVE, EVEN THOUGH NOT ON PURPOSE.
MANY THINGS HAVE HAPPENED HERE, I DON'T WANT TO START TYPING WHAT, BUT PEOPLE HERE ARE LIKE A FAMILY. (REAL PERSONAL RELLATIONSHIPS IS A DIFFERENT TOPIC). BUT WHETHER SOMEONE IS NEW OR NOT, ONE MUST BE TRUE TO ONESELF AND SAY YOUR OPINION WITHOUT OFFENDING OTHERS.
THEY HIGH LVEL USERS ARE HERE LONGER SO WE KNOW THEIR PERSONALITIES THEY EXPRESS HERE. MAYBE IT'S A SENSE OF BACKING UP, BUT THE PEOPLE WHO'VE BEEN HERE LONG "SHOULD" KNOW HOW TO HANDLE ANY "INSULTS". WE'VE COME TO REALIZED IGNORING IS BEST OPTION. WE'VE GONE THROUGH THAT AND NOW ARE CALM AND AT A CEASE-FIRE ATMOSPHERE NOW. BEFORE IT WAS "BETTER" "FUNNIER" "MORE DANGEROUS" AND JUST ENTERTAINING. NOW IT HAS STALLED.
DON'T FEEL OFFENDED. JUST BE CALM AND DON'T PERSONLIZED YOUR LIFE HERE. WE CAN ALL BE FRIENDS, BUT EVEN AS FRIENDS WE MUST REMAIN CALM AND AMICABLE.

No,no,no i also started like all of you and i don't dislike new users but when they offend some good and smart user i must react.I know how you feel if this mean anything.My life Moto is "If you can't beat them,join them".Also you must be friendly and not insulting other peoples.

I bet it's like a high school thing. All the sophmores hate the freshmen and stuff like that. It's because they've been around longer. It's pretty stupid but that's how the mind works. =/
