I already have a monitor, keyboard, and mouse. Is there anything I am missing, or incompatible?

That will work yes but I would pass on the CD and DVD drive and get this

You can read and write CD's and DVD's and your only in anouther $10

computertech82 don't dits the man cause he's not buying the best. Not everyone has money coming out thier wazoo.
Besides when that new processor comes out at the end of this year your going to have to start from scratch anyway.

Cheapest doesn't mean better, it still means cheap. You should get something that can be upgraded, not thrown away when you want to play some of the newest games on the market.
