I will have to say the British Field Marshal Sir Douglas Haig. He was a Commander for The British Expeditionary Forces in the area of Amiens. He was the man that created Combined Arms Tactics. CAT is using the different elements of the Armed Forces. Tanks, Infantry, Artillery, and even the Air Force. Even today CAT is the most important skill in modern war. He was also the Allied Commander to gain the most ground in one day in the history of WWI
