IMO I think she should, any other person would have already been booked with Involuntary Manslaughter.

Yes, she should definitely be charged. With what is another matter. Her life shouldn't be ruined because of this, it was an accident.

What are the facts of the case. I am sure tired of celebrities facing a different standard of justice from everyone else. It appeared to me that she was not competantly driving her car - so based on that I would say yes, but there may be extenuating circumstances,but I would like to see them proved.

Yes, I believe so, since she is the one that was speeding, ran into the car in front of her and started the multiple car accidents. She contributed to the loss of a life, so she should be charged.

Unfortunately, since she is a celebrity, she will probably only get a slap on the wrist and community service.

She should for sure. Just because you were famous at one time doesnt exempt you from the law.
