Your sewage ejection pump is lifting seage from the basement to the septic tank. The line between the pump and the septic tank has a check valve to prevent the sewage from flowing backwards into the tank in the basement. When the pump shuts off, the sewage in the line starts to flow backwards. This causes the check valve to close and suddenly stops the flow. The closing valve will cause the banging noise and the sudden stop will shake the line. It sounds like the system is correctly installed and working.

Sounds like some very solid turds in your lines.
