I recently bought a new edition of Zonealarm 2007 Internet Security. I put the cd in the drive and reads it but then stops. So I go to My Computer and ''manually'' start it and it says that '' Setup was unable to log on to the TrueVector service''. It cannot continue without logging into the TrueVector service. What does this mean? Please Help! I am really desperate and don't want to have to pay 2.95 a minute to be transferred to a technican from Zonealarm because I know it will take a pretty lengthy time to fix this. If it is resolved I will do the best thing that I can do to appreciate and thank you. Maybe best answer or whatever.

Make sure you first have system requirement for that version.
That could mean an WindowsUpdate before you attempt installation.
