ummm...i'd like to see pictures of this koi to be able to tell you exactly whats wrong with it. it could be birth defects, and it could be disease caused.
either way, i would not give it up just because it looks weird. i have a koi thats a solid white metallic color, and i was told that its very rare to get koi's in one solid color...especially the metallic kois....so rather than getting rid of something that is a bit weird, keep it and care for it.

Sounds like you have a really special Koi!! There are a lot of animals with two heads, extra limbs etc. therefore, yes it can be a natural birth defect. Selling your Koi is completely up to you though. If you want to keep your Koi, I wouldn't suggest selling it. If you do decide to sell though... I'd try to get the best price!! ;) Someone else might be more interested!

I could believe it has 4 eyes and double fins, but not TWO mouths and FOUR gill (plates).

...what's next? a 4-winged flying piranha?

PS Koi don't give birth.

Yeah, but make him pay up a little more, first. If someone really wanted it, they'd probably pay 500$, so tell him you'd sell it to him for half that OR like 350$ store credit. After all, he gets a really cool display animal that will bring more business to his store, so it'll definitely be worth it for him.

DO NOT TAKE THE OFFER.......LET THE KOI GROW AND YOU COULD GET MORE MONEY (ON INTERNET, SAYS THAT THEY SELL FISH FOR $900.)

Does it sound natural? No. Take the 100 bucks. It doesn't sound like you know how to take care of it!
