red lips are fine during the day, but i would recommend opting for a muted shade or toning it down by applying the lipstick with your finger and use a layer of lip balm to help tone down the color. and if your going for the red lipstick, make sure the rest of your make up is neutral and natural looking. I hope this helps!!!

Well... There's no said rule regarding that, but I'd say that crimson red lipstick is a no-no all day long, unless you have the complexion to pull it off... otherwise you'll look like a whore or really scary.

Honestly, it's a matter of opinion...like, look at gwen stefani...she wears it even during the day, even though it's traditionally worn during the evening...but if u want to, I say go 4 it...I mean, rules are meant to be broken, right?

sometimes, but if you wear bright red lipstick with dark eyeliner and no foundation, thatz something scary lol but wear a light pink instead of red. red is not a fashion color I'd say.
