LOL poor man, how embarassing.
When I was a child I use to wonder outside to the front yard, I would go downstairs in my house and turn on everything... lights, tv, appliances, you name it lol. It went away when i got older.
Scary though, I was always afraid I would wake up 3 blocks away.

OMG are you serious? Does he drink alcohol a lot? I had an ex who went to the corner of the bedroom, and lifted the cushion on an armchair and peed there. He was a big drinker, it was terrible. (Hence why he is an ex... lol)
I have never sleep walked to my knowledge however. Thank goodness, I can be a clutz without the need of sleep to add to it.
