You are constantly producing sperm, so don't worry about running out. Even if you came 20 times a day, you would still produce more - your dick may hurt, but you would have plenty of the little guys for the next time.

Only way a male stops producing sperm is to be castrated or have some medical problem. Even a vasectomy does not stop you producing sperm, your balls produce 24/7 after puberty until death.

I dunt think so, your penis would lose all interest after one ejaculation. I dunno about others, but it kinda hurts after 2 consecutives or sumting.
