Men are not very verbal when it comes to "I love yous." They tend to "show" us that we are loved by the things they do. Take note of the things he does to show you he loves you. It may be as simple as unplugging a drain or taking out the trash, but those are things "men" do and they do them for us.

Personally I tell my wife all the time that I love her, but I try to do more to show her that I love her by doing those little things around the house, like doing dishes, washing clothes, and helping with keeping the house clean. And those things mean more to her than the words or getting flowers or presents.

The only answer to your question is 'Try shutting up' ... but if you are really wondering how you can 'get him' to say he loves you ... then maybe you need to 'take a good look at the way he acts around you, especially when you are both out and among other people, especially his friends. He may be 'telling you' that he loves you without using the WORDS.
I 'knew' that one man loved me only after we had 'done it' for the first time ... because he had previously told me he wasn't going to do it with ANYONE 'except for the one and only woman I want to spend the rest of my life with' ... and I laughed myself silly and fell out of bed, because I'd been 'jealous of that b---h' for taking my best friend away from me. He didn't actually say the words 'I LOVE YOU' until our wedding day, when he read a poem at our reception and ended with looking me in my eyes and saying 'I LOVE YOU' to me in front of EVERYONE. Yes, he says those same words now, all the time ... but he is the man I married, and yours is the one you married, and he may simply be 'uncomfortable' with saying 'I love you' unless he feels 'loved' too ... and if he says it ONLY after you say 'I love you' to him, then I'd suggest you simply say it more often ... then he'll say it more often, too. It doesn't really matter who says it first, it only really matters that 'love' is there between you.

Just wait for him to tell you... be paitent and listed and wait... Give him the time and dont rush him to do it. Let him be him and do it in his own time and way.

Just tell him first. Maybe after awhile he will say it first sometimes.

He's got to want to say it, why force it? It should just come naturally. Maybe I'm not understanding your question....

Possibly he feels its not necessary to say "I love you." because its already implied. Maybe your relationship is that good! :) Feel happy.
