tender breasts,mood swings,stomach cramps, spotting in ur underwear(blood) is it ur first is that why u ask or u think theyr about to start?

my lower back starts to hurt really bad. like somebody hit me or kicked me right in the back near my waist. I also tend to go to the bathroom a lot more often than usual and retain about 3 - 4 pounds of water. But the back is the most tell tale sign for me.

It varies from woman to woman.Just before you feel teary get bad cramps and feel bloated.
Your feet and ankles might swell up .There are lots of different symptoms.
