3 answers

stores waste products: vacuoles
directs the cell's activities: nucleus
contributes to cell movement: cilia or flagella

hard to know about the WHICH DOESN'T BELONG questions
(1) Ribosome because it's the only one that manufactures proteins
Cell Wall because it is the only one not in contact with cytoplasm
Nucleus because it is the only one containing genetic material

(2) chromosome because it isn't an organelle on it's own

muscle cell would have many mitochondria because it is involved in movement which requires a lot of energy - hence a lot of ATP and hence a lot of mitochondria

Vacuole stores waste, nucleus directs cell activities, i think the cytoplasm contributes to cell movement (??). In the second group, the chromosome does not belong because it is found inside the nucleus, while the rest are floating around in the cytoplasm, i believe.
