how long do dissolvable stitches take to heal after breast Aug. surgery?

I had my boobs done a week and a half ago. I already had my stitches taken out but of course the dissolvable stitches are still in. They feel weird and like they are pulling when i stretch my arms, and i can almost feel them. How long will i feel like this and when will they be completely dissolved?

The closest I can say is based on after a tooth extraction, I had been told about 10 days but the swelling was gone and they were lose so I took them out after about 6.
