how can i make my washing softer?

I use radiant colour care and fabric softner and have a brand new front loading machine (samsung) but my washing always seems to dry stiff and the colour fades. I follow all washing instructions.

use less detergent

washing machine put fleecy then put fabric softner in the dryer

If you do not dry in a dryer then it will probably dry stiff. Get a dryer or take it to the laundromat.

try adding calgon water softner to your laundry, if you have hard water this will help.
