Nothing. They will just be in solution both.

Macroscopically, it will still be a homogeneous bluish solution. The addition of colorless potassium nitrate has no effect because there are NO reacting species. All the ions are just being dissolved and dispersed.

Microscopically, you should not be able to see the solutes unless you evaporate the solvent totally. Then, you will see crystals. Some blue - due to copper and some white due to potassium.
