I'm the same way!!! when i go shopping i just have to make sure that what i buy can be worn AT LEAST 4 different ways...you can layer stuff...i love to do that! also, get some main pieces in brighter colors that can really stand out from the rest of your wardrobe. also, gift card are really good..ask for them at any chance you get...v-day, u'r b-day, christmas, anytime you think you can get one!!! forever21 is probably one of the best stores EVER!!! they're pretty reasonably priced and go well with lots of stuff, plus they're really cute! when your not going on a shopping spree you can get a DIY clothing book from the library and try some of the suff in the books...cute, free, and totally origional and unique!

go 2 like goodwill or something. the stuff there is cheap, and they have really good vintage t-shirts. also, what u could do is get out some scissors and a needle/thread and change up your old clothes.

Maybe you're just not looking hard enough when shopping. I've found great stuff when looking hard. Try some DIY(do it yourself) websites for ideas to vamp up your wardrobe.
