whenever i try to delete a user account from user account area in the control panel it freezes and the account doesnt delete can anyone help??

well are you on the persons account. because you cant be on theyre account while trying to delte it. you have to go on yous

I have to ditto both candie and joe. Reboot the computer and log into a different account than the one you want to delete. Also make sure the account you are in has administrator rights so you can delete the other one. If you can't then there's something up and you should scan for viruses.
