There is a website where you type your address, town and zip code and it tells you the value of your home. Do you know what I'm talking about?!

www.zillow.com... They aren't a bad site. They give you an estimate which I often times found them to be high, but they also give a range. That will give you a good idea as to how much your house is worth.

zillow.com. However, they do not take into account many factors such as condition, location, square feet, school district etc. To get a range of values you should consult a broker or for a specific value you should consult a real estate appraiser.

You need to get 3 different real estate agents to give you the 'sale price'....Take the least amount, and you'll be pretty close.
