I think if one of them should get custody of the kids, Britney should she aleast wants them. All K-fed wants is the money. He is nothing but a goldding piece of white trash.

I'm with the first girl on this one. Britney and Kevin are irresponsible of the children. Look at Britney. She's so busy trying to rebuild her career and enter the club scene. Kevin is promoting his music and spreading his fame all over the US. They're both busy at this time and none of their family members either can be responsible of Sean and Jayden James. At this point, I'd be happy to have a baby take care of those babies!

yes...i think that they are the only thing that has made me still have some respect for her. Anybody would be better to have custody than Kevin. And she does have a strong support system to keep her sane and help her with the kids if she needed it

the courts are going to decide and frankly, who are we to say who 'deserves' custody of their kids... we are not involved in the least bit in their lives. Britney is most fit (in my opinion -- from what i can tell) since she does at least want the children -- without an alterior motive ($). she also is very wealthy and seems to have a solid family behind her (thank goodness for her!).

Well it's not like either Brittany or Kevin give a damn, too selfish to care enough to make a few changes for their children, sadly there are too many children in the same situation, they don't have celebrity parents and nobody asks that question about them.

kevin is white trash. even though they both don't deserve it, i wouldnt want boys growing up around kevin and ending up acting like him when they grow up. at least with britnyey they'll be really rich always and britney seems like more of a family person.

Deserves? I think the general public needs to stay out of it. The gossip rags aren't reliable. And the decision is best left to the courts and the parties involved. The decision needs to be based upon who the can provide the most secure environment for these babies.

I dont think either one deserves custody. If she would go home and be a mother instead of a tramp, then maybe she would have a chance. Until then... give them to her mother.

nicely her habit has been out of control. the babies deserve a stable healthful mom. spectacular now she will't be that individual. She needs to perform a little soul finding and sparkling up her way of existence. i've got self belief undesirable for her. i'm hoping she will discover her way lower back. She feels like a stable mom. She loves her youngsters and she or he would be able to get them back after she cleans up her existence.

I think the kids need to find a new form of caretaker.
Personally, I would like my Mom not to go out in public without any bloomers, and my Dad to not get sued by Restaraunt Agencies...
