I'm trying to find a good book that I wouldn't be able to put down because it's so good. I like books such as Requiem for a Dream, Party Monster, Fight Club, and the Shining. Also, I want to know which Hubert Selby, Jr. books I should read. Any suggestions?

AMAZONIA by James Rollins or TEMPLE by Matthew Reilly(perhaps the greatest thriller writer today)(in my opinion). Or any of the books written either together or separately by Douglas Preston and/or Lincoln Child. Or if you like mysteries, check out James Doss, John Dunning, J.A.Jance and Stuart Woods.

If you don't mind trying something different, get "Amy: My Search For Her Killer", by James Renner...best true crime book I ever read.
