This is from Season 3. This is after Shane and Carmen come home from a sweet 15 party where Shane had to wear a dress that Carmen's mom insisted that Shane wore, Carmen was teasing Shane about who was going to be doing the ******* but the phone interrupted them, it was Jenny on the other line en route w/then Moira.
Carmen is hot, that's one of my favorite scenes.

Damn , Wasn't that clip HOT. Whew!!! I love Carmen!! I think it is season 3 but really not sure on the exact episode.

Its the episode they found out that Dana Died.... Carmen Was giving Shane a strip Tease then the phone rings and they are told about Dana... I think thats the episode???
