yes and its wonderful.
you can make candy using a boiled potato, confectioners sugar and peanut butter.

I did just today actually. I had a hamburger with peanut butter (You gotta try that) and I dipped my fries in the remaining peanut butter.

I like making my faux-thai dishes using peanut butter mixed with Sriracha sauce. I've used pan fried potato wedges, stir fry beef, and pho noodles before. Turned out alright...
