I am 21 years old and quite skinny. Not anorexic skinny or anything just small in size. I am trying to gain body fat and was wondering if I could get any answers on how to do so. I already eat a lot. I eat lots of junk food most times and I eat many times in a day...and I never gain a pound. I think my metabolism is really high and most everyone in my family is skinny. I would really like to gain some more weight just so I looked a little more curvy and look a little fuller because of my metabolism I don't think I'll ever really get fat. Any sensible suggestions please.

ur blessed with youth. your metabolism will slow down as u get older. if u keep up the calories intake, u will gain weight in time. u might look skinny but maybe ur all fat. excersize a bit and tone those muscles. u want to be fit and live a long healthy life.

well I have the same problem!!! You have a fast metabolism!!! And eating fatty foods like burger king won't make you gain weight.!! It's unsafe and could cause heart attacks and strokes...Just be happy for what god has given you...some people would die to be your size!!
