I have a 2 yr old website that I want to replace with a new one that was designed with the WebPlus WYSIWYG software. I don't recall what software I used to make the original site. I have uploaded the new site and WebPlus says it was a successful download but all I see is my old site when I check. I cleared my cache thinking that would fix it but it hasn't. My webhost company says there is nothing wrong on their end. Can anybody suggest any help or other places to look for help. Thank you.

Sign directly into your hosting account and delete all the current files. Then just reload your new site. Typically the site is looking at the 'index.htm/html' as the home page, so if you upload a new page with that extension, your original site will be replaced.

First of all, delete all your old website files from your host. Then FTP upload your new files.

That should fix the problem.
