I once worked with a guy named Sneed Collard. I had a tough time not busting out.. Especially when he had to answer the phone.. Don't know why I thought the name was so funny.

Another patient named, and I swear it's the truth, Ima Clithoe. (Clit-hoe)
I personally would have had my last name changed years ago.
