In the first 9 months of his presidency, Bush held the record for vacation days. More than any other US president in history.
Ya' gotta' wonder what else Clinton could have accomplished if it weren't for the major character smearing program that the Republicans organized against him. BTW- even with a vindictive prosecuter- Ken Starr found absolutely nothing with the whole Whitewater affair. It was a failed real estate deal.

Didn't they, um retaliate? Oh yea, the republican majority said that he was only trying to cover up having sex with monicha. But, then again, at least W did not have sex in the White House.
