If you know you aren't pregnant, why did you post this under pregnancy?
You've got an intestinal virus...just let it run it's course. Cut all intake until you've gone 2 hours without anything happening. Then slowly start drinking water and if you hold that down move to the next thing.

It's not the flu. The flu won't make you puke, contrary to popular belief. It sounds like you're either pregnant and don't know it, yet, or that you've picked up some form of Norwalk virus, in which case, all you can do is treat the symptoms.
It could also very well be something you ate. Food poisoning can do many of the same things that you're describing.
Drink fluids to replace lost electrolytes. If you don't start feeling better by tomorrow, it wouldn't hurt to call your doc.

Considering none of us who do this Yahoo Answers forum are probably legal doctors, I don't understand why you would be asking us about a medical problem. If you're sick, and you don't think it's flu, go to a licensed physician, instead of asking a bunch of people on an internet forum.

Why is this question in the pregnancy section then if you're not pregnant. Shouldn't it be in the health section? You probably have the flu my dear. Next year, try getting a flu shot in October or November.

It is very likely that you have become a victim of food poisoning. There is no such thing as the stomach flu; simply undercooked or contaminated food. You could wait it out, or if it makes you feel better, visit your physician.

theres a stomach virus going across the US, five hours of throwing up and what not, 24 hours of your body hurting and being tired, like the flu.

as many others have stated....the safest thing to do at this point is to go in and see your doctor. You don't know if it is just flu or mabye something much much worse. You should take the safest route and go see your doctor.

I think you should take a pregnancy test. If it comes up negative, then go to the doctor, because you may be sick!
