My turn signlals are not moving at all nor will the emeregency blinkers. I was told the hardest part about doing this, is just finding where its located to replace it..

well candi you didnt state what kind of car you own ..some are in the dash boards and some are under the hood..look in your manual..and look under flasher..signals..

depends on what kind of vehicle you have. it can be either under the dash (wherein i have had to disassemble the dash to get to it) or under the hood in the master fuse box. best thing, go to your local parts store and ask. they can tell you or can look it up in the repair manual and tell you exactly where to go

there are two.
One in the fuse block under the dash.(flasher)
And one WAAYY up buhind the dash above the fuse block just kind of dangling there.(relay)
