Do special emotional characteristics exist between same sex couples?

How are gay sexual desires in human emotion different from those found in straights?

Curious :-)

Your questions are all based on the premise that there is something inherently different. I'd argue that there's not. Many gay couples have a relationship based on a more temporary emotional love. Newsflash: so do many straight couples. Hence the whole divorce rate thing. When you look at age groups and stop holding up an example to generalize to an entire community, you start to see that there really aren't that many differences.

The only people who could really know the answer would be bisexuals.

But as a gay man, I would say there is no difference.
