The best way to get back at an annoying person is to ignore them. They are usually annoying because they are attention seekers. Ignoring them will drive them crazy and eventually they will shut up if they can't get a response out of you.

How about this one for almost any situation: "Are you trying to be stupid, or does it just come naturally to you?" Works well to initially let someone know they are really pushing the wrong buttons. Next time you can just say "Remember that question I asked you before about being stupid, well, now I know that you are a natural at it."

One tried a true thing for me:
If somebody ever says "MAKE me!"
Just say "I don't make trash, I burn it."
But only if they were asking for it.
