Why do you suppose that Hillary Clinton would post a question such as "Based on your own experience, what do you think we should do to improve health care in America?"

Publicity stunt, empty stab at creating hope? Spill your feelings!

Ahib,

You are my friend. But you're a retard. You are a retard for the following reasons:

A. You're ARAB name posts a question directed at an increasingly pressing issue in AMERICAN culture doesn't seem to have struck a cord with you that you may upset the people living in said nation.

B. Noble or not, she is more than entitled to to ask the question. Does this mean that if ten million people on this site tell her that we need to do something, she will do so? No, it does not, it just means that she has a better understanding of what a handful of people would like to see. A handful of computer-geeks, but a handful of the population of America (and other areas) nonetheless.

C. YOU ANSWERED HER QUESTION.

D. In said answer, you referred to us as E-merikans.

I do give you credit for stating that increased taxes will pay for it, and, even though stated unprofessionally, that we shouldn't pay said taxes begrudgingly.

I can't say I know anything about Hillary. I'm not a Democrat, I'm not a Republican. I've been previously labeled as a totalitarian. On the other hand, I've been labeled as an Anarchist (not the 'blow up authority' kind, mind you, 'True Anarchy' ... or a Euphoric). I label myself as simply un-politically minded. Having said that. I can't say that I approve or disapprove of Mrs. Clinton. I do, however, feel that if her question is a VALID attempt to gain insight into the lives of us "E-merikans" (perhaps you're right to call us that, by the way) then more power to her.

Just know that I won't be voting this election by choice. You won't be voting by lack of invitation.

Love ya dude .... and not in *that* way.

The question assumes that the Health Care that currently exists is faulty for everyone and therefore the Government, as the "Big Brother Protector" needs to step in and solve all the problems.

That is not true. A large percentage of the population has an adequate program and at an acceptable cost. The other percentages have health care in varying degrees of adequacy and cost.

The differences result from financial status and privilege status. Our Congress folks have privilege status health care. They pay a small amount and get almost total service. People with money fall into the financial status health care. They can afford the high costs and get services that cover everything--and they pay the higher costs.

The problem is that there is a large percentage ( probably caused by the large numbers of foreigners who enter the country illegally) who apply for health care at little to no cost to themselves. When that number reaches 8 to 12 Million people, it becomes a real problem)

If Hillary intends to solve the problem she will have to start by reducing the number of illegal foreigners who are here "milking" the system.

Hillery has a platform on health care reform, I'm sure she has all the info she needs when it comes to feedback from the public. I would assume she receives hundreds of letters addressing this issue. I scarcely believe that is her asking the question.

Can we be sure it was her, and not someone using her picture as an avatar. I've seen plenty of famous faces used as avatars however the names either did not match the picture, or closely resembled the actual name, leading me to conclude that the Yahoo account did not belong to the person represented in the picture.

She was just taking her own poll of the American people to see what they think about health care so she can then use the best ideas (or even the Best Answer alone) in a new health care plan for the nation, since the one she thought of by herself (and her staff members of course) flopped as soon as she proposed it to Congress.

She is trying to figure out what the public wants, without having a vague idea in her head.

Let's elect hillary and let another clinton make a joke out of the whitehouse.

When she was first lady she put a lot of time and effort in trying to solve the health care problem. I don't like her but I give her credit for trying to do something about this mess.

What's a matter? Didn't you have anything constructive to answer with?

Just because nobody else thought of it first?

That's a pretty lame stab at Hillary, dude.

Hmm maybe she's just trying to see what ordinary people think...
and also getting her name in front of people. I wouldn't characterize it as pathetic..health care is a major concern for a lot of people in the US...not that your comment were biased or anything. Did you even read any of the answers or were you afraid that you might have learned something?

Sounds like a good way to get a genuine feedback from the electorate. Its how a woman would relate ! Experience versus theory. Good for her !

Are any of you people actually from NY? She has fought for health care, domestic violence laws and lower taxes since she has become Jr. Senator. Why don't you look at her job history here in NY before you judge her.
