And I don't know how to get it to work again or come back on or anything. I plunged it in to my computer with the USB and I KNOW it has a full charge, but it's just not working!!!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hold down the center select button and the menu button at the same time for like 10 seconds and It'll restart. It REALLY works!!! I know b/c i had to call Apple in CA to figure it out when mine did the same thing!! I hope it works for you too!!!!

Try resetting it: hold down the menu and center buttons until the Apple logo appears on the screen. You might have to repeat this.

reset it by putting it on hold, taking it off of hold, and holding the center and up buttons for a few seconds

just let the battery die. when it does recharge it. my nani does it every once in a while
