In NY Women may go topless in public, providing it is not being used as a business, but it is illegal for a woman to be on the street wearing "body hugging" clothing.

Well its not quite a rule yet, but the fact that by 2020, we will all have to speak Spanish, just to live in the United States of America!!!

Hum I can think of a couple at least. How about that rule that you aren't allowed to wear hats in school?
Or the one that we had in university, that you got a 50$ fine for throwing things out the window, or having someone in your room after hours...

Can't curse on a public beach here in Viginia Beach, still effective. They also have a rule here that it is considered illegal to have sex in any other way than the missionary position. CRAZY PEOPLE

Gosh!! thx for tis questn...here in kuwait im tryin for driving license last 2 yrs and im rejected evrytime for the reason tat im married ---ok married is fine---i dont have a child so i cant have a drivers license!!!!!!!!! what kind of a rule is tat..WTF relation betwin a license n havin sex????? gosh!!!

In a town I used to live next to, it was a law that you couldn't wear high heels and walk down the street. not kidding. It's not effective anymore though.
