No.Communism is DEAD! Capitalism has swallowed it up.China does not want to break up so quickly like Russia and suffer great losses.It is doing it slowly.Chavez is a lunatic.If I was him.I would seek the European Union and the USA to assist in nation building and hire Lee Kuan Yew to be the consultant.I am sure that that country will Boooooom!
