I having trouble picking where to move to. Really need the help. I have three choices. 1) Portland, OR. 2) Fort Mill, SC or 3) Virginia Beach, VA.

Portland, Oregon. It is currently the most highly recommended place to live.

I live in Va beach. It's great if you don't mind traffic and love the beach. The other town i'd suggest is Chesapeake. Its only 10 minutes from Va beach. And considering that you are female, shopping here is great too.
The best mall around here is Macarthur and its about 5-10 minutes from Va beach.

I love Portland. It's beautiful, it's reasonably temperate all year round, and the people are friendly.

south carolina - always go south - they are much more friendly. Virginia is a resort, oregon asks people to not go there...pick south carolina..of course it depends on where you are moving from???could be culture shock..
