Yes there are only 13 episodes in the hellsing TV series which also were dubbed for the U.S.
But recently the first episode of the Hellsing Ultimate OVA has been dubbed as well and used the same cast from the TV version. I recommend you watch it. It pretty much uses its story from the manga version. Which is waaay better than the crappy TV series.

yes to say... for the first season theres only 13 episodes... exactly...
theres also an OVA of it....
Better watch the 2nd season of it...
