ok i have some weird stuff going on.
cold sweats
chills
lower ab pain (ovary area on the left side)
lost of appetite
moodiness
abnormal skin color ( not pale, not dark, not normal though)
any idea what it is or what's going on?

That is just entirely too broad of a question to try to answer with just a few clues
How old are you? if you're in your 40's it can very well be pre-stages of menopause
It can be a virus- How long has this been going on for?
Are you practicing anything unhealthy? Low food intake diets etc?
If you're getting pain in the ovaries and your younger, it can be an infection
A whole shloo of possibilities- Bottom Line Ask the doctor because he can see you first hand and figure it out. Dont wait either, it would be a shame if it was something preventable with early intervention and the proper measures weren't taken.

Tell your Dr.....It could be a Cyst that is to big and needs to come out. You don't want it to rupture....
