Merry Meet!
BE VERY CAREFUL using certain herbs; there r many different teas u can make, but each has a certain 'variables' that u must consider as some herbs work wonders but can be very lethal in certain dosage. My advertise is to go to a health food shop-they know their stuff and can recommend good resources as well.
Meantime, u can try this 'granny' recipe and soak a cloth in vinegar and tie around the headache area.
Blessed be!

A headache can be an indication, depending on how advanced you are in wicca, of psychic distrubances, the effect of spells or curses from someone, or other seemingly "evil" energies.
Using amulets and other charms, incantations, hidden pentagrams, and symbols with various inscriptions on them inluding the horned dog, hathor, triple goddess, cauldron, wheel of the year, Cernunnos, the witches sign, hecate's wheel, and the elven star (the septagram is important in Western kabbalah, where it symbolizes the sphere of Netzach, the seven planets, the seven alchemical metals, and the seven days of the week. Seventh chakra is located abouve the third eye in the head, thus "headaches")
The seventh chakra is at the crown of the head, and is violet fading to white further away from the body. This chakra is our connection to our "higher selves" and to the "divine." It is associated with wisdom and integration of our eternal selves with our current physical selves. It is like our umbilical cord to "God." IF YOU HAVE HEADACHES, THE DISTURBANCES MAY BE FOUND HERE.
Thought, Universal identity, oriented to self-knowledge
This is the crown chakra that relates to consciousness as pure awareness. It is our connection to the greater world beyond, to a timeless, spaceless place of all-knowing.
When developed, this chakra brings us knowledge, wisdom, understanding, spiritual connection, and bliss.
When disturbed, headaches can be the result.

Tessa, enable me to respond to the final question first. definite, Wicca IS actual. Wicca is a faith and as such, we provide honor to the two a Goddess and a God (whether there are exceptions to that (Dianic Wicca, being one)). We additionally nicely known the Divine as being appear in the organic international around us, which style of provides non-Wiccans the impact that we worship Nature. this isn't any longer Nature that we worship this is the Divine, and nature is only the conduit by which we accomplish that. Wicca do no longer worship idols, we worship in front of statues (lower back there are a number of exceptions to this besides (eco-friendly Witches are evoked)). Christians do no longer worship the circulate, they worship what the circulate represents, that's strictly that comparable theory in Wicca. We habit our ceremonies in the process the great moon (some additionally the hot moon), and eight Sabbats that are opened up over the year (What many Wicca call the Wheel of the year). those celebrations re-stay specific stages in the existence an prolonged time of the Gods and Goddesses and are executed in commemoration of those Divine activities. The Wicca know the existence of sturdy and evil as inherent is ALL issues, each and every thing and each physique has the flair for the two (Even the Divine). Evil hence, is an indispensable area of each and every thing and you may actually no longer have one without the different. the biggest to that's stability, Wicca carry the assumption of stability to be between the middle concepts of the universe and al which exists. So, to respond to your first question, there's no being it is thoroughly sturdy or completely evil, only the reason of the guy determines whether a topic or an action is for sturdy or evil. hence, as there's no being assigned the character of entire evil (ie, a devil) that's impossible for us to worship this type of being. NOw, as many member of Judeo-Christian-Islamic Faiths are so prepared on pointing out in unequivocal words, "in case you do no longer worship the god of sunshine and love, then you definately are worshiping the devil". They fail to realize that with a view to worship something or everyone, then worship ought to be the reason. there's no such subject as unknowingly worshiping everyone. we will not worship a theory which does no longer exist to us, hence we don't worship the "devil", via fact the "devil" isn't between the Divine being recommendations which exists in the religion gadget of Wicca. that's as common and direct as that. Does this make experience to you? Brightest advantages, Raji the eco-friendly Witch

Just go with Tylenol. It's available everywhere and is safe even for pregnant women and kids. Herbs and spells are wonderful indeed, but why get all set up for ritual when you can just pop a Tylenol?

here is a simple spell to remove a headache, no candles, herbs, or anything. it was one of my first.
Rich health, tranquility, good energy flow, these I conjure to be mine.
Strength and peace and quietude until the end of time.
Fluid motion to my joints and clarity of mind.
Strenth to bones and flex to muscles, I clame these, too, as mine.
Energy -- unboundless force -- alertness to my brian,
Endless inspiration flow where no ideas have lain,
Great knowledge of my higher self and balance to my life
I claim these, too, to be my own as Sun and Moon both shine

Take some tylenol or ibuprofen.
Easier to drive a nail with a hammer than a wrecking ball. =)
(In other words, do what's easiest)
Or if you must, try some peppermint oil or a bit of camphor to open your sinuses and help blood flow. Don't ingest camphor though.
