for breakfast i had 1 cup of cheerios multi grain= 100 cal, then at 4 i had another cup=100 cal, then for dinner a salad with a little chicken and light italin dressing=120 cal and later i will have a special k healthy bar thing=90 cal

you need to eat more 410 calories is no where near enough you will get sick very fast this way. you need to eat 1000 more calories today. its not so much what you eat but how much you eat. cut out sugary foods and caffiene and dont eat fast foods. eat lots fresh fruits and veggies plus workout

r u trying to starve urself?! Thats not even 500 calories. That's not how u lose weight; it might sound harder but u need to go out and exercise and have about 1000-1500 cal (at the least). Good luck.
