If the girl is hairy, she certainly knows it.
If and when she decides to start shaving, that's her business. And that applies to whether it's her legs she shaves or her moustache or anything else.

be careful please, believe it or not she may not have any control over it, there are still some old school parents out there that don't allow their kids to shave their legs etc, till a certain age, and "make" them wear dresses skirts, so try to find out what you can before you do or say anything harsh, she might just need a friend who she can trust or that may be able to help. or someone to talk to.

well its not the best think to say to someone but you can approach her friendly and say u want to give an advice without missunderstandion ur intensions or you can just leave her a note in her bag without a name as a friedly advice

just tell her. It might also be their religion. Some peoples religion, they don't believe in shaving. I have seen women with mustaches and beards.
