Ground Beef?

Do you refer to frozen ground beef or any other type of meat that humans can eat as carcasses. I do sometimes.

I refer to the leftover turkey and bones , the inside as a turkey
carcass and I have hunters in the family that will talk about the
deer carcasses but not ground beef.
