You need the confidence for the girl to ever see ur 'finghy'.. so personality to start off with but put it this way if a guy dropped his kecks to reveal a tiny weener then id b interested to see how he uses it so they'r gona get their rocks off at least once if the girl is curious lol = )

A big personality and a small u know what. I'm being serious. And i know a lot of people who agree with me. Too big can be damright painful and uncomfortable.

For me it is deffinately personality after all you should never judge a book by its cover so get to know people more and find out what their personality is like never mind how they look
