I've been having cramps a few days after I got my period..?

is this bad? My period ended about 3 days ago and I'm still getting cramps and my breasts are sensitive. What is this?

Could just be ovulation. That usually occurs on day 10-14 of your cycle.

well if you're in your early teens it takes a while for your body to adjust, for some people, like me I had cramps very quickly after my period ended, sometimes within a week.

that's why I take contraceptives, the cramps are next
to nothing now!
