Tried em loved wont ever go back to semi metallics! They will replace semi metallica and they cause less wear and heat build up on rotors. 7 sets on seven different vehicles and they are worth every extra penny paid for em.

Ceramic disc brake pads are standard on some cars today but before the were option you could by for your car, there good pads if you do a lot of stop a go driving but if you don't it takes a while for them to work properly in another words if you taxi driver or a delivery person or and other stop and go driver invest in some and a good set of rotors , other than that stick to your normal semi metallic and a good rotor.

Ceramic pads are the best pads to buy if that is the type of pad that was specified for your vehicle. Not all vehicles are designed to use Ceramic pads. If for example, your vehicle was designed to use Semi-Metalic pads I would suggest sticking with those for best performance.
